Reflections about my first term

I know a lot of things , but I don´t know other ones. I´m learning English because it is important for my future, and it's necessary, too.For example, for jobs, travels to other countries, etc..

My 1st term was very motivating, it was more difficult than last year because I changed a lot and because I'm less careful and I get distracting very fast. I think that I could better marks.

In this 1st term in English I've learned new things and I've improved items that I already knew: I've improved in  writing, in the orally communication, with the verbs etc. And also my marks has been not very good because  I am not used to do exams and I don't understand some things, but I wish to improve my marks in the second term.

Healthy Food

Food I Like

My favourite food is cannelloni. It has got meat and ''beixamel'' sauce, too. It's delicious! 

Another food I also like is pasta. I sometimes eat fruit. It's tasty! I don't like vegetables. I like water. I always drink water or juice.

When I go to grandma' house I eat all. I love grandma' macaroni. At school I eat a bacon sandwich. 

I love the favourite food from my country. It's paella. It's rice. I love the food and to eat. I like also the Spanish omelette. It has got potatoes and eggs. It's delicious!

Today Monday 24^th I have lunch soup, eggs and breaded meat. And for dinner I eat panini. It has got jam, cheese and milk products.

I usually eat sweets, candies, chocolates... But not very often. I need iron and vegetables but I don't like vegetables.

 Monday 23 rd November/ food

Monday; On Monday my food for breakfast is cereal and milk and chocolate. And for 2nd breakfast, I eat a salami sandwich and an apple.After at lunch I eat soup and “mamaliga”. 

Mamaligas is a traditional food in Romania.  At 6.00 o'clock in the afternoon my snack is milk and chocolate and a healthy bar of chocolate.

At night I don't have dinner but it isn't healthy!

FIVE MEALS

I am not a thin person, but I like eating . My favourite meal is lunch, because I go to my grandma's house and I'm very hungry.

On Mondays for first breakfast I eat Yoghurt with vitamins.

For second breakfast I eat jam and cheese sandwich.

For lunch I eat spaghetti with bacon and I drink water. For dessert I ate eat an apple.

For snack I eat chocolate biscuits and I drink ilk with chocolate.

For dinner I eat chicken soup and green beans. For dessert I eat cheese cake.

My favourite food is pizza. My favourite dessert is strawberries and chocolate ice cream.

Definitely my grandma is the best cook in the world!!!

My Healthy Food

Hello, my name is Nerea, now I explain my food.

I get up at half past seven and I go to eat breakfast.

For 1st breakfast I have orange juice with toast with butter and ham.

On my 2nd breakfast I have a ham sandwich and water.

For lunch I have spaghetti with meat and water and one yoghurt.

My snack is between seven and eight o'clock and I eat a small sandwich, but not always.

For dinner I have vegetable with meat and I sometimes

eat fruit or yoghurt.

My breakfast is always orange juice with toast with butter and ham, but at weekend I have milk with chocolate with biscuits or pastry.

I have healthy and variety food.

My favourite food is "fideuá" and I don't like potato cream.

My Diet

My diet I think my diet is healthy. I don’t eat sweets and I don’t drink fizzy drinks. Every day I eat one piece of fruit, vegetables and i drink some water. I don’t have favorite food but I like macaroni, pizza, black chocolate, croissant, rice and cheese. I hate banana. I eat pizza once a week. I do five meals. In the first breakfast I always drink milk with cereals and biscuits. In the second breakfast I always eat a salami sandwich. For lunch, snack and dinner every day I eat different food. I often eat fish for dinner and milk products for dessert. My favourite fruit in the winter are pears apples. In summer my favourite fruit are watermelons and cherries. Finally, I do sport, the best complement of a healthy diet.
