Festivals in Blanes (La Selva)

In my town, Blanes, every year in July, there is the festival of St. Anne, patroness of Blanes. It usually stays a week. There is an international competition of fireworks that stays four days.
In the international fireworks competition countries around the world are involving. There are very famous, and many people come to see them.
 
There are also a fair, with many rides for children and adults. Every night orchestras and bands play, where the people can dance and have fun. I really like this festival because I go to see the fireworks and I go to the fair.

The Festival is Saint Anne, and it is in summer, on 26 th July, and there are three things: 

There are fireworks in the beach, and people can go there and see them from the sand, or from a ship, boat... They are thrown from the Palomera, also shoot fireworks from all over the world. I think it's a competition.

Another thing is a barracks, although I never went, people said that it's very funny. My sister likes more than the fireworks and the fair. There are many groups with different topics, styles of musics, teams... But last year there was not.

Saint Anne

In Blanes the major festival is in Summer. The fair is very funny, there is the largest and the small, in the fair there are always small things to be fun. In the largest fair the riders are strong. The fair runs about four days or more, also with the show of the fireworks.

Fireworks can be viewed from either side, but it depends where you’re  the smoke prevents you well. Every day is a different day for fair and fireworks. People come from around the world and there is a contest for the most beautiful, but the true is they are very nice to see them all.

Pakistan Events

My name is Nawab khan. I lived in Pakistan until 11 years but now I live I Spain . Pakistan has many events. My country has one event which I like it very much. The kids play fireworks till three days at night.

 

There was one more event for kids and for young men, the Kites Day. In Pakistan that festival is for 6 months.

In Pakistan has one or two events which I like, it is Eid. Small Eid for  kids, the young men give money to kids and Big Eid, we kill cows and give to poor families.

Ramadan is one month for the young men and for women and kids, too. At 5 o'clock we can eat and then we don't have to eat at 9:00 o'clock . Last year I did 9 days without eating the food and water.
