LONDON POPULATION

Davey lived in England for 10 years, and he explained us about people that live in London. In London there are different people from other countries: from India, Pakistan... People from India and from Pakistan have got different clothes. Also in London there are many Indian shops. London is the most cosmopolitan city in the world. The traditional music of India is mixed with the pop music, its name is bhangra.

London is a big cosmopolitan city. David lived in London for ten years. There are many important communities in London: there are Indian people and there are many Indian shops in London. The popular food is: garlic soup, okra eggplant, ham and chicken rolls... And the popular Indian music is the mix of Indian and pop, it's named Bhangra.

My Favourite Day at School

My favourite day of school is Thursday because in the afternoon I haven't got school. But in the morning I have got art that it is my second favourite subject.

Andrew, Jane, the Parson and the Fox

Andrew and Jane wanted to be married. But Andrew was very very drunk and the parson didn't want to marry them.
The priest decided to give them an opportunity and locked them in a room until Andrew wasn't drunk.
But the parson went hunting with a friend and he forgot them in the room. After he hunted a fox.
The parson remembered Jane and Andrew and he run to the roomt he was happy because he found Jane and Andrew and he married them. They were very happy!!

This story is very difficult because this language is very strange. In the half story I had problems with the vocabulary when Thomas Hardy inserted the character of the fox I felt lost.

TILDY'S MOMENT

Tildy and Aileen are waitresses at Bogle's Family Restaurant in New York. Aileen is popular in Bogle's because is tall and beautiful, but Tildy isn't popular, she is short and fat and not beautiful. Aileen always has many boys at her disposition but Tildy no, but one night, a boy that was drunk kissed Tildy and she got some wrong ideas about that, but next day she arrived to the conclusion of that it was just because he was drunk.

I like this story because it's real.

Ttildy and Aileen are waitresses. Aileen is tall and beautifull.S he has many men friends and Tildy was not tall, no beautifull and fat. One day a man sits on Tildy's table because he knew Aileen is not interesting at him. Mr. Seeders drank too much beer. He finished his fish, put his arm around Tildy, kissed her loudly and walked out of the restaurant. Suddenly Tildy's world changed. Her eyes bright and her face was pink. Of the third day Mr.Seeders came in. Tildy looked at him and she could not speak and he said, I want to say that I'm sorry, and Mr.Seeders left. Tildy ran into the kitchen and she began to cry and Aileen said not cry for Mr. Seeders.

All the men go to restaurant to watch Aileen and men gift presents and dance with her. But one day Mr.Seeders kisses Tildy. She's happy and Bogle's get a dollar more for her. The third day he came to restaurant and said Tildy he was drank and he doesn't love her. Tildy cried and Aileen said.

REFLECTIONS ON MY 1st ESO PORTFOLIO

WELCOME TO THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR 2010 - 2011

I chose an exam from the 27th October 2009, a writing about Barcelona and a My Readings of Countdown to Midnight.
In the exam I had a 10 and I'm proud. In the Barcelona's writing I haven't got any mistake and I've got a 7,5. The story of Countdown to Midnight was very interesting and I've got an eight.
I think this three sheets are the most important of my 1st ESO Portfolio and they have got good marks.

I liked the song because singing was very funny, I liked The London Eye because it's amazing and very big and the Butterfly Circus is a brilliant short film. I chose these sheets, because I like them because it's the description of my life and my likes because Barcelona is my favourite city and the adjectives and in general are very good. Finally I liked the listening because Saint George is a very good day.
Last year I got good marks, but this year I hope to get very good marks.
